There's just something about older Nikon dslrs. I was fortunate to snag one of these as part of bundle for a bargain. When I first picked it up and gave it a look over, I immediately thought of Nikon D70/70s (Another oldie but goodie). I'm also a fan of the CCD sensors the older camera's have for the way they render warm colors. Another bonus about the Nikon D50 is that is has a built in focus motor. (Can use more lenses). For a 14 year old camera ( Introduced January 2007) it still holds up in 2021. The High ISO performance is quite impressive.
